Get Your Documents Done
in Just Four Easy Steps!

Using my proven, interactive process, we'll have your trust, will, and other estate planning documents completed faster than you'd think!

a Different approach

The estate planning process doesn't have to just be tolerable - it can actually be enjoyable.

Step 1

Download my estate planning questionnaire (EPQ), fill it out, and return it to me via my secure online portal, fax, snail mail, or drop it off in person at my San Diego office.

Step 2

Attend a no-cost, no-obligation, face-to-face meeting with me (up to 45 minutes) to exchange information and discuss the specific documents needed for your situation. I'll provide you with a flat fee amount for preparing the documents you need. The standard range for a plan that includes a revocable living trust is $1,400 - $1,900 for unmarried people and $2,500 - $2,900 for married couples.

Step 3

If we decide to work together, the next things you'll do are sign a fee agreement and submit half of the flat fee. Additional information I'll need to prepare your documents will be obtained in subsequent communications. When first drafts of your documents are ready, they'll be uploaded to your secure portal account upon receipt of the second half of the flat fee. Revisions to these drafts are made as needed.

Step 4

You'll sign your documents in front of a notary. Afterwards, you'll receive a set of your original documents and a portfolio binder that contains copies of your documents and reference materials and is designed to serve as an organizational framework for keeping all documents related to your estate planning in a single location.
